Prior to OECS\, he retired from the U.S. Army\, completing 24 years of honorable service.\n\n\n\n\n\nMark Shields is a safety consultant and field associate with OECS\, starting with the company in 2019 after retiring from the U.S. Army after 29 years of honorable service.  He has more than 20 years of safety experience\, including job hazard analysis\, implementation of customized safety programs\, hazardous materials handling\, and instruction of specialized safety and occupational health training. Mark has a Master of Arts Degree in Leadership and Management from Concordia University.
