DESCRIPTION:Luncheon Meeting in Alexandria\n\nFEATURING: Seminar on Drugs in the Workplace\nTopic: Street Drugs - Trends and Safety Concerns\n\nPresenter: Jason Rosha\, Alexandria Police Department\, Special Agent in Charge of West Central MN Drug & Violent Chrime Task Force\n\n\n\nThe Main Objectives are to educate on the following:\n\n	Identification of street drugs\n	National and local drug trends\n	Indicators of drug abuse\n\nThis presentation will help identify drugs commonly encountered by first responders\, along with identifying safety concerns in dealing with those drugs.  Learn to recognize the signs and symptions of drug abuse.  And\, get informed about national and local trends in drugs use\, distribution\, and manufacturing.\n\n\n\nSpeaker Credentials and Biography:\n\nOfficer Rosha has eight years of law enforcement experience\, including over three years of felony level drug investigation experience.  Rosha is a 2002 graduate of St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Finance.  He worked in the private sector for eight years before being hired by Alexandria Police Department.  From 2010-2015 he was a Patrol Officer and was then assigned to the West Central MN Drug & Violent Crime Task Force as a Special Agent.  Then in 2016 he was assigned as the Special Agent in Charge of the Task Force and continues to serve in that capacity today.\n\n\n\nTOUR: NO tour planned in February to allow adequate time for the seminar on Drugs in the Workplace.
