After finishing her master's degree in clinical mental health counseling\,  she was employed full time as an adult inpatient therapist. In 2019 Jeana transitioned into a role that includes hospital improvement\, compliance\, and  regulatory functions. Jeana has completed numerous presentations for local news\, schools\, libraries\, universities\, and businesses. Jeana has a passion for sharing useful and practical information to help people better understand and support those with mental health or substance use concerns.\n\n \n\n\n\nManufacturing Virtual Tour: Alexandria Industries\n\n \n\nPresenters: Lynette Kluver\, Director of Organizational Development and Patty Hoffman\, Marketing and Communications Specialist\n\n \n\nAlexandria Industries is a contract manufacturer that produces custom components for many different markets and applications. It uses advanced manufacturing technology and a skilled workforce to create extruded aluminum and precision-machined products\, heatsinks and plastic injection and foam molded components. The company also provides finishing\, welding and assembly services for its customers. Put simply\, Alexandria Industries makes the components that go into products that people see and use every day. \n\n\n\nLynette Kluver is responsible for strategic planning\, human resources\, employee and leadership development\, safety and workplace ministry at Alexandria Industries. Her passion rests solely on building a culture of learning and employee wellness within the organization through her creative leadership development training program\, building a company-owned family health and wellness clinic for employees\, and fostering a culture built on honesty\, compassion and hard work. \n\nRecognized for her integrity and keeping her commitments\, Lynette finds it rewarding to coach and mentor people\, while being part of their journey of discovery\, growth and success.  \n\nHer passion for giving is evident in her continued involvement in several local\, non-profit and professional organizations\, such as the American Cancer Society's Relay For Life of Douglas County. Through her leadership here\, Alexandria Industries has been recognized by the American Cancer Society as the top fundraising team in Minnesota\, second in its region\, and 33rd in the country. \n\nOften recognized by others\, Lynette has received several awards\, including: \n\n	HR Award of Excellence from West Central MN Society for Human Resource Management\n	AAA Woman of the Year\, Lakes Area Business and Professional Women\n	Woman of Excellence\, Girl Scouts\n	Leadership Award\, American Cancer Society\n\nPatty Hoffman builds awareness of Alexandria Industries through strategic communications programs and B2B marketing. She is responsible for enhancing the company's brand reputation\, strategically and consistently. \n\nThrough her dogged media relations efforts\, Alexandria Industries' efforts to attract employees to work in manufacturing appeared in a New York Times feature article\, which included its "Not So Heavy Metal Tour" for students. A cover story about the company's evolution in integrating automation technology and robotics into its manufacturing services was also featured in Modern Machine Shop magazine. \n\nShe previously served as a senior account executive with Padilla\, a public relations agency in Minneapolis.
